"Here’s Rocky- From living locked in a crate in a garage to living life! I often remember
how thankful I was that you saved him and let us adopt him."

Jeffrey Weiner

"Jamie, I would love for you to post Cassie's story. I feel so blessed to
have Cassie in my life, she has taught me how to love and appreciate
everything. When I have a bad day all I have to do is look at her beautiful
face and ask her for a kiss, which she does ever so softly. I never would
have imagined how much love a dog could bring, so pure and innocent. I wish
you the best at uniting more animals with loving homes."

Kiersten, Cassie's mom

"Just wanted to say hello and tell you what a great dog Hope (Squash) is. We have
enjoyed every minute of her. She now kayak's with us, is the mascot for my son's
soccer team and has many friends."

Lori Busacca

“I thought all of you would get a kick out of Rambo being in the Boca News. We had an ice cream block party that
we won from Edy's ice cream and Boca News showed up and took pictures. Who do you think ended up on the
front page? He's such a great dog, everyone loves him!”

Mark and Karen, Rambo’s parents

Gigi(black poodle) says...
Thanks so much for saving me and getting me a new family. My daddy has already taken me to the groomer.
Yeah! How do I look with my bow and scarf? Here are some pictures of my new family and we are already
playing with toys. I'll stop in and visit.”

"The cat and the dog get along great. Shasta loves the bone. It will
take her some time, but she will eventually eat the whole thing!"

Ray (Soup Dr)

Formerly Gypsy Bean with his new sister Jesse…he’s the big one!! What a success story!!!

"Gracie is doing great. She really has changed a lot since we first got her. She also has become super affectionate.
She snuggles on the couch with us and requests to be cuddled. She had alot of trust issues, but she has overcome alot
of them. There was no way we could get her to roll over on her back to let us pet her belly the first several months,
but now she rolls over on her own hoping to have her belly petted. We hope once we move into a house to adopt a brother
for Gracie from you guys. We are always checking the rescue rehab website looking at the cute doggies and wishing
we could adopt them all."

Take care,
Rebekah and Mark

What a Holiday Gift!

When this amazing family saw Rosie’s story and photos on our website, they HAD to come meet her! Well, it
turned out that the family decided that she shouldn’t be alone and committed to adopting ROSIE AND SWEETIE!
The most amazing part is that they live 1500 miles away!

They packed up the family, asked us to put a “sold” ticket on them and adopted the 2 of them, sight unseen!!! They
drove down and came to meet their new 4 legged family members.

Brett, Ian, and Perri did something beautiful. They each donated their very well deserved Hannukah gifts (gelt) to help
support the donation of these 2 angels, and to help us continue to rescue and rehabilitate more dogs like them!

This act of kindness and compassion is so much appreciated and reminds us that you are never too young to be a
humanitarian. We will never forget the gift you gave Sweetie and Rosie when they became yours….

Their first snow...

"Hank (previously Domino) is doing fine. Coco and he get along fine and love to play tug-o-war. He goes to
the vet tomorrow for shots. I can't wait to see how much he weighs. I'll keep you posted."

Michele

"Simon and Mia are getting along very well. They play all the time, and they play very well together – lots of playfulness
without a hint of aggression. When Mia first came home and they started playing, she made it very clear what she would and
would not allow Simon to do (note, pet peeve: HUMPING!). When Simon crosses the line, she just barks and growls and he backs
off and goes back to playful mode. – it’s so nice to see TWO wagging tails every morning when we get up."

Doug and Gaby

"Pig Pen (previously Shadow; AKA Piggy, Dumpster Diver, Sir Lick-A-Lot) is the best thing that could have happened to our
other dog Lucy (pointer mix). We never really realized how lazy she was until we brought Piggy home! It was so hard
finding a play-mate for our Lucy-Goosey with her minor dog aggressive behavior, but Piggy loves her! They refuse to be
separated. Piggy doesn't like doors to be shut, especially if Lucy is on the other side! They get along perfectly and
he's a great addition to our family!"

SUCCESS STORY UPDATE:

"I thought you would like to see new pictures of Angel. She is such a good dog,
happy all the time. She loves to play outside. No matter what game my son wants to play
she will play it. She even tries to play basketball with him, but the basketball is just too big."

(Formerly Gypsy) "Angel is doing great! She is so happy all the time. She loves to
play outside with my son. She will play any game with you but her favorite is to
run and catch the ball and bring it back to you.

I noticed that Rascal has still not been adopted. Please tell people that
his sister is a really good dog. She is smart, happy all the time and really
loving. When we get up in the morning she comes and kisses each of us. We
are lucky to have her as part of the family."

"Thank you"
Rose

"Max is a great dog; he loves it here. Our neighbor has a yellow lab and they have become best buds. He follows me around
every where; god forbid if I stop short, he runs right into me!! We taught him how to play catch, he sits up on his hind legs
with his front paws in the air, and oh yeah, he thinks he's a lap dog! Now THAT'S a big lapdog!"

Donna-Max's mom
